Planet Of Sound

Saturday 8pm-10pm

My show on Saturday evenings between 8pm and 10pm attempts to stretch what is acceptable on Reading4u.

Themed shows in the past have featured vintage recordings from the 1969 Woodstock Festival, Global Sounds and what passed for punk and new wave in the 1970’s, to featured artists varying from household names like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd to obscure cult artists Klaus Schulze, The Trashmen and Fela Kuti. 

You never know what I’m going to throw at you as I don’t base my shows on chart hits. I would also like to hear from local musicians if you have a CD you would like aired.
